Standard Refund Policy
The Iron Horse Bicycle Classic has a No Refunds Policy. No refunds will be given if our event is canceled due to, but not limited to, weather, pandemic, natural disaster, government orders, etc. The No Refund Policy also applies if you are unable to race.
COVID-19 2021 Event Cancellation Refund Policy Exception – If our 2021 event is canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a 75% refund less registration processing fees. Registrants will be required to complete a refund request form to initiate the refund process. Registrations without a refund request form completed will be considered donated. This is an exception to our Refund Policy and is effective only if our 2021 Event is canceled due to COVID-19 and does not apply to any individual cancellations.
All participants will be required to wear a mask at the start and finish locations and at all venues including aid stations. Masks will not be required while riding.
Please do not congregate in large groups of 10 or more at any Iron Horse Bicycle Classic event venue location including aid station locations.
We request that all family, friends and others that want to spectate to avoid the main start and finish locations at each event venue to avoid overcrowding and group size guidelines.
Additional COVID related protocols may be implemented on event weekend and participants will be asked to comply with any new requirements.
